When engaged to create a whisky-related event , Whisky with Confidence's Caroline Dewar consults with her network of event designers, chefs, venue owners and producers/event managers as necessary to arrange a memorable affair anywhere in the world. For example, Caroline provided the idea of a whisky dinner for The Smithsonian Associates in Washington DC and consulted with the chef and management there, helping them create the dinner menu, then gave a talk to attendees over dinner about the whisky/food pairings they were experiencing.
