Doug's Sidecar

The illustrious Sidecar is just lip-smacking-good when made with the Balvenie Single Barrel 15 Year Single Malt Whisky
 

Ingredients (serves 1)

1 1/2 oz Balvenie Single Barrel 15 Year Old Scotch
3/4 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

lemon slice as garnish

Shake Scotch, Cointreau and lemon juice with ice cubes until shaker is frosted. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
