The Balvenie Daiquiri

Ingredients (serves 1)

2 oz Balvenie Sherry Oak 17 years old whisky
3/4 oz Sherry Herring
1/2 oz lime juice

maraschino cherry as garnish

Shake Scotch, Sherry Herring and lime juice with ice cubes until shaker is frosted. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish a maraschino cherry.
